    What good is any kind of breadfruit without some steamed callaloo to go with it?
    Have you thought about how good roast breadfruit tastes sliced into generous wedges or thin slices and fried in coconut oil, pair it with some sautéed liver and boiled green bananas and a slice or two of avocado pear and there you have breakfast, or lunch or even dinner.
    Serve a dish of "Matrimony" for dessert and you're set.
